This evening join Linden Wilkie as he hosts this dinner at Chill Private Cuisine exploring the 'The New Burgundy'. The theme centres on a cohort of winemakers who are taking part of the Burgundy story in a new direction: championing high quality expressions from often less fashionable terroirs, and in those places working mostly organically or biodynamically, while their neighbours often are not; and making wines emphasizing freshness and drinkability, as well as qualities not previously seen in those locations. Their ideas are not all the same, but as each of them gains an international following they are often at the leading edge of changes that are taking place more broadly in Burgundy. They are, all of them, pioneers of sorts, as well as super interesting people, who add diversity to the Burgundy landscape. Come discover their stories and their wines with Linden.
