Choose the best possible producer for each vineyard chosen
Select vintages from 16 to 26 years of age, so that each expression can be enjoyed at full maturity.

This evening we shall enjoy red Burgundy from such illustrious vineyards as La Romanée, Richebourg, Musigny, Clos de la Roche, Chambertin and Romanée-St-Vivant, and with legendary domaines as DRC, Rousseau, Roumier, Ponsot and Dujac.
