Marketing & Events Assistant (Multimedia Design)
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for photo shooting, retouching, editing, compositing, video shooting and video editing for our platform and social media channels.
- Oversee daily updates and maintenance of eDMs and web content, acting as the webmaster
- Work cross-functionally with Events Department for desktop publishing, and take an active role in event photography during key moments.
- Assist in marketing promotions on various channels (such as website, Facebook, IG, YouTube and other platforms)
- Work closely with China office to coordinate marketing efforts for channels in China (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned, ensuring effective market representation.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience, experience in video production is a must
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and tailored knowledge of WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin for the China market.
- WSET qualification or strong interest in wine is highly desirable.
- Knowledge or past experience working with video production and Creative Cloud software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong graphic and art sense, creative and passionate.

Senior On-Trade Wine Sales
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily sales operation
- Responsible for sales developing for On-trade Clients
- Manage payment collection of customer efficiently
- Maintain close relationship with customers
- Explore new business opportunities & open up new accounts
- Initiate or follow up promotions driven by marketing team for achieving sales target and brand objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in the wine industry
- On-trade sales experience preferred
- Sommelier background also suitable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions
Preferred Training and Experience:
- Certificate in Wine will be an advantage
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook and excellent communication skill
- Strong interest in wine
