We love whisky just as much as wine here at The Fine Wine Experience. To help you understand the intricacies of whisky just as well as you know wine, we’ve asked our friend, Drew Mills, the Head of Brand Education for MHD Hong Kong, to come share some of our favourite whiskies and to provide key insights to help you feel more comfortable when you are ordering your next dram (or bottle) of whisky.

Drew has been tasting and teaching about fine wine and spirits for over 15 years and was a whisky student of Ian Williams (Oban, Johnnie Walker). He is an expert in the whisky portfolios of both Moët Hennessy and Diageo. To read Drew’s full bio click here.

This tasting will be a casual event in our lounge where you are welcome to stop in anytime from 6 to 8:30 p.m. to taste the three whiskies and to chat with Drew and ask him your questions about whisky. For those of you who are regular Fine Wine Friday fans, you know this format well. Our whisky lounge tasting will feature the following three whiskies:

Johnnie Walker Blue, and
Johnnie Walker - Blue Label Ghost & Rare Port Ellen
