Aven Lau takes over as chef-de-cuisine at Bâtard, from two of Asia’s best restaurants – Singapore’s Odette, and Hong Kong’s BELON. The Bâtard menu will continue to serve your favourites, such as the signature roast chicken, while Aven will tantalise us with new dishes, such as his Skate Wing Grenobloise and Chicken Liver Pâté with Muscat and Persimmons. (Chef Peter Teo is departing for Singapore, where he has been seconded by Les Amis Group.)
