We’re shaking things up again with our next online live wine tasting on Facebook and inviting you to join us for dinner.
That’s right! We’re adding in dinner too with a focus on wine and food pairing. This time with our online live wine tasting it’s a meal for 6 people with 5 Pinot Noirs from around the world paired with three courses. Then, cheese to enjoy on its own at the end. Chef Peter from Bistro du Vin, Florian and I will lead you in a discussion of wine and food pairing just before you start your meal.
You’ll be able to ask questions of Chef Peter about how he prepared each dish and ask Florian and me about why the dishes were paired with the specific wines. And you can let us know what you liked and didn’t like throughout your meal. We will just be with you for the first 30-45 minutes of your dinner, and then leave you on your own to enjoy dinner.

Cheese Platter (Comté, Morbier and Brie)
For each pack you will receive a 3-course meal plus a cheese platter for 6 people (individually portioned), prepared by Chef Peter from Bistro du Vin, 5 bottles of wine and 4 wine pairing booklets. If you have extra people who would like to join, extra portions of the food can be added for HKD 650 for an additional per person.
*The food pack will be delivered between 6-7pm on 7th May, no reheat is needed.
