高空俯视着155.38公顷的Vosne-Romanée村，两千年的葡萄酒历史，却拥有两亿年前的土壤，200到400米的向阳斜坡，由断层所形成下陷和突起的地貌，由6个特级园，14个一级园和28个村级园所组成的葡萄园群，这是一片被上天眷顾的福地，早在18世纪，这村已经被知名修士，学者，Claude Courtepee认为，“在Vosne Romanee村是没有平凡的酒”。
Vosne-Romanee村的酒，拥有Chambolle的雅致，Gevrey的刚烈，Morey的稳重，和Nuits St Georges的野性。
11月15日，我们将由Andy老师的带领下，逐一解剖这14块一级园。
所有的选酒都来自于2011年。 有人说2011不是勃艮第的好年份，其实只要选对了酒庄，就会真正感受到这个年份的特点。2011年是属于比较早显的年份，风土个性明显，这将为当晚提供一个深入探讨这些一级园特征的机会。
我们这场晚宴将会和Opposite餐厅的创意总厨Jason PEI合作。
Jason早年在多伦多的George餐厅任职，并追随新加坡藉的名厨，Justin Quek 多年。
