RARE is indeed rare. Since the inaugural 1976 vintage (which we will be serving at our dinner on 11th of December), only nine vintages have been released. The most recent, are RARE Rosé 2007 and RARE 2002 (Fine Wine Magazine’s Champagne of the Decade).
